Inspired by the landscape (and maybe a few too many campfire stories), PHAT UNCLES was dreamed up to make camping actually fun — not cramped and chaotic.

 

One night around the fire, we decided Greers Ferry Lake needed a place where RVs and ATV/UTVs could live in harmony — plenty of room to ride, and plenty of space not to hear your neighbor snoring. Then we stumbled on 545 acres that checked every box. Now we can't wait to share it with you.
